Dear Friends, For those of us concerned about creation justice, our work too often involves fighting to stop ecological destruction and environmental injustices. While we must take time to lament and call out the damage that is being done, we also roll up our sleeves and get to work building the new world that we know is possible.

This newsletter celebrates the transformative power of regeneration and restoration, offering inspiring stories of United Methodist Ministries that are restoring habitat, sequestering carbon to address the climate crisis, growing food sustainably, and building community with their human and more than human neighbors.

We also celebrate the ways the UM Creation Justice Movement has been growing. The Center for Ecological Regeneration at Garrett Seminary recently invited us to provide a video introducing The Movement to participants in their Hope for Creation Curriculum. Thanks to the Center’s financial support and the design and editing talents of KG Brake, who manages our website and this newsletter, we now have a beautiful video to share with you and for you to share in your networks.
