After the results of the 2024 elections, looking ahead doesn’t readily result in hope, which we normally expect from the future. Let’s look back instead to steady us now as we move forward into 2025, continuing to build on the Movement successes of 2024. Although some seeds planted may take much longer to bear fruit, we have this assurance from Scripture:

“We also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts” (Romans 5:3-5a).
